On 11 April 2024, UKCMB’s Academic Director Dr Hector Altamirano hosted and chaired a Government Business Focus webinar titled Managing Maintenance in Council Controlled Buildings: guidance for long-term solutions to damp and mould.
The webinar included a joint presentation by Dr Hector Alatamirano (UKCMB Director) and Dr Peter Rickaby (Principal Research Associate and Business Manager) on the work of the UKCMB, as well as presentations by The Housing Ombudsman Richard Blakeway and by James Berry of the Property Care Association. Both Hector and Peter participated in the Q&A session following the presentations. The event was sponsored by Cornerstone and arranged by PSI Group.
